The house is located in a very quiet residential area secured by an electronic gate .House Rules Smoking outside only please.

A parking space is adjacent to the house (there is also a car park for visitors)

A 7,50 x 15 m swimming pool is available to all residents (1 min walk from the house)

The house is on Vaison's heights 10 min walk from the town centre (which is very lively)

There is a supermarket a little farther from the centre .

Equipment of the house:


This house can accomodate 4 people.
There are two bedrooms,one with a double bed and one with large two large bunk beds (suitable for adults).


The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a microwave oven¸ a gas cooker¸washing machine,dishwasher a large fridge¸and two freezers(one large deep freeze and a small freezer)

In the living room, there is a TV set or TV ard video recorder¸ and a radio with CD player.

The room also has a ceiling fan .

There is also a large ceiling fan in the double bedroom and a smaller portable fan in the other bedroom.


The well equipped bathroom has a safety handle near the bath


This house is equipped with 2 electric blinds on the South and South/East facades and has a terrace of 57 m²

Garden furniture is in teak with 6 chairs and a large rocker as well as two recliners which are at your disposal.

I will require 25% deposit of the total sum for the period you wish to reserve,to secure your booking,

Please send this by international credit transfer , Bank details are at the end of this document,On confirmation that the bank transfer has been cleared .

I will Send you a contract in 2 copies .You need to keep 1 copy and return the second copy to me, duly filled and signed .

Please bring the copy of the contract with you as you will need to show it to the keyholder on your arrival.

Please inform us of the number of people staying, and how many are adults or children .

This year the final cleaning on the day of your departure is included in the price .

However,towels bedlinen and tablecloths are not included, but may be hired at an additional cost to cover wear and tear and launchy.

Occupation of the house is generally from 4.00 PM to 10.00 AM from saturdy to saturday .

The final payment should be made 1 month before your arrival.

A security deposit of 400 euros is payable to the keyholder on your arrival.

This will be returned to you on your departure,less any deductions for damage,breakages

For each month rented out of season there will be a reduction of 50 Euros per month.

The keys of the house will be given to you on your arrival in Vaison .

You return them to the same person on the day of your departure.

You need to phone her on your arrival in Vaison . in case of delay in comparison with the timetable planned previously, phone to the key holder is compulsory.

The keyholder lives at 5 minutes away and will meet you to accompagny you to the house.

If you rent for a complete month you will benefit from a preferential rate (only during the off season .)

You can also rent the house from september to june for a minimun of 1 month,a lease will then be established.........?

Payment will be on the first day of each month.

in the event of delay,ou in advance, you will be able to reach the house (if the gate is open) I put a trunk mural on the with dimensions one of the small terrace, I would give you the code before your departure by mall.

How to get there:

By car: If you are travelling from Calais/Eurotunnel, you can use the autoroutes all the way. The cost of tolls for a normal vehicle works out at about £50.00 each way. Vaison la Romaine is situated east of the "Autoroute du Soleil" or the A7.

By train: The nearest train station for the TGV and Motorail Service is Avignon www.raileurope.co.uk

By air: The nearest main airport is at Nimes (approx. 1 hour by car). You can also fly to Nice, Lyon or Marseilles. There are established routes with several carriers including the "budget" airlines from UK. Car hire is available at all airports if booked in advance.
